Georgia Bushcraft Fall Gathering

The Georgia Bushcraft Fall Gathering is the biggest outdoor skills weekend in the Southeast — and MuslimAdventures is rolling out for it. MuslimAdventures will annouce the official date but it'll be between Saturday, November 7th and Sunday, November 8th. There will be Hands-on classes, hundreds of gear vendors, campfires, and some of the biggest names in bushcraft — all in one spot just outside Athens.

What to Expect
- 150+ classes and workshops — fire, carving, knots, shelter, foraging, and more
- Adventure Expo — outdoor brands, knives, gear, and makers from across the country
- Featured instructors — Dave Canterbury (Bushcraft 101), Zachary Fowler (Alone Season 3 winner), Carleigh Fairchild, and dozens more
- Family-friendly — activities for kids through advanced practitioners
- Food trucks on site for lunch and dinner, raffles, live fireside chats, and s'mores
Saturday, Nov 7
Event hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
- 8:00 AM — Classes and workshops begin
- 9:00 AM — Day-pass entry and Adventure Expo open
- All day — Classes, demonstrations, presentations, exhibitors, and hands-on activities
- 12:00 PM — Food trucks begin serving lunch
- 4:00 PM — Classes and demonstrations conclude for the day
- 5–7 PM — Raffles and evening activities
- 7–9 PM — Fireside Chat: My Experience on Alone with Zachary Fowler — plus s'mores for everyone
Sunday, Nov 8
Event hours: 9 AM – 2 PM
- 8:00 AM — Sunday morning service in the Main Event Tent (everyone welcome)
- 9:00 AM — Day-pass entry and event areas open
- 9 AM – 12 PM — Final classes and demonstrations
- 9 AM – 2 PM — Exhibitors, presentations, and last-chance shopping
- 1:00 PM — Final raffle drawings
- 2:00 PM — The '26 Fall Gathering concludes

What to Bring
- Comfortable clothes — you'll be outside all day, dress for the weather

- Notebook and pen — you will want to take notes in classes
- Camp chair — seating is limited around class areas
- Fully charged phone — before you leave home
After the Event
The expo wraps at 2 PM Sunday. If folks are up for it, we can grab coffee or a late lunch nearby before heading back — details in the WhatsApp group.
